"Vi ankom sent og blev mødt af en receptionist der lignede en, der var rigtig træt af at skulle tjekke os ind. Desuden talte han rigtigt dårligt engelsk. Værelset var super fint, sengen var dog ikke særlig behagelig og der var dobbeltdyne, hvilket vi ikke brød os om. Lidt larm fra sporvogne på gaden, men intet generende. "We just had a one-night-stay with two kids, so we didn’t get to spend much time at the hotel. However from what we did see, the hotel seemed like a place we definitely would come back to for a more thorough “inspection” of all the hotel has to offer. Rating the service-level might be unfair, but we had no contact with any staff, since everything was digitalized - which worked smoothly. Our kids have ordered a city-vacation next time, and we will very likely make the trip to Leipzig and stay at Penta Hotel for that."
