"Zentrale Unterkunft, aber ich wurde gebeten, wegen Sanierungsmaßnahmen umzuziehen. Bei der Rückkehr war der Zugang zum Zimmer gesperrt, ich stand 1h auf der Straße, bis nach mehreren Telefonaten ein neuer Zugangscode generiert wurde. Zudem stank in beiden Zimmern das Bad übel faulig. Ich würde lieber ein richtiges Hotel nehmen. Dies hier war zwar günstig und zentral, aber bei Problemen ist man recht allein gelassen. "

"2回目の滞在。部屋は質素そのものだが必要十分であり、他と比べると料金も納得。室内にキッチンがあり、地下室には洗濯機もあるので2週間の滞在に最適だと思い選択した。現地スタッフはおらず、すべてオンラインでのやり取りだったが、特に支障はなかった。地下の洗濯機室の鍵をリクエストしておくと良い。 今回に限ってだと思うが、建物入口ドアのオートロックが故障(素通り)。エレベーターが2度故障(ただし翌日には復旧)。ドイツならではな感じで、この程度の不自由を楽しめるくらいのゆとりが持てると良い。"

High up with great views, just minutes from the train station and even though there's lots going on around you, it was quiet and felt very safe in the building. "Herr Meinel ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der sich wahrlich mit viel Engagement persönlich um seine Ferienwohnungen kümmert. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, gerade so als ob das Objekt eben erst in Betrieb ging und wir die ersten Gäste sind. Leider war unser Apartment konstruktionsbedingt (Innenausbau als Trockenbau) etwas hellhörig, aber wir waren eh nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken da. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."
