"The apartment is very conveniently located in the heart of Leicester. It didn’t take us long to walk to anywhere in the city. Lovely decor and super modern. Had all the facilities we needed, full kitchen, living area and double bedroom. The only downsides were that the bathroom had a really strong drain smell and then in a morning we’d get food smells in the kitchen that seemed to be coming through from other apartments. "Good: contact with manager. Cleanliness and general set up Parking for car off road. Access to public transport.. Not good: on arrival the flat was stone cold and took 24 hours to warm up. Kitchen equipment was old, basic and just about functional. Very limited small kitchen tools "

"The experience was excellent from the point we checked-in to the time we left. We were checked in by a simply wonderful lady called Ewa! She must be one of the most friendly and courteous person that we have come across!! The room was clean and spacious! Our only "complaint" would be that the matresses on the beds could be improved, but they were not bad. Luckily, we had Ewa check us out, so had the same friendly and courteous experience! She is definitely an asset!"
