Hotel Spa di Kiri Rhine

"I really enjoyed this hotel - it is an experience! The rooms are comfortable, almost luxurious….the breakfast buffet is amazing, they have a nice spa/sauna, and a reasonable (albeit just essentials) gym. The neighborhood is quiet, so no noise, and easy walking distance to parts of Cologne. Note: the front desk is rarely staffed, which is a key gap in case of emergency needs or scheduling changes."

"Hotel room has a lovely feel and design however the beds are quite uncomfortable, there is only one pillow and the unusual design of the bathroom means the light illuminates the whole bedroom meaning using the bathroom at night is awkward. "

"The hotel staff are efficient, welcoming and resourceful. Property could use an update, especially carpets in rooms. Hairdryer was sticky, scratched terribly and should be replaced!! Location is walkable to stores, restaurants, museums, galleries and the cathedral, which is fantastic."

"Haben auf Wunsch ein Zweibett-Zimmer bekommen. Das Zimmer war top. Schiebetüren im Bad sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sie auch nicht gut schließen. Die gratis Minibar (alkoholfrei) hat uns sehr gefreut und wurde auch jeden Tag nachgefüllt. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstückssaal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen."
