"Only a couple of months open as of April 2026. Everything is new, with quality amenities. A very partial view of the Effiel Tower from the room but only a couple of minutes walking to the end of the Effiel park for a great view. Short walk to Napoleon's tomb and museum. All Staff were great... Thank you William for the suggestions. FYI... we stayed on a Saturday night. Lot's of happy people enjoying the evening and dinning out so expect some noise until around midnight."

"This was a cute, clean boutique hotel 15 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower. Centrally located by many Metro lines as well. The rooms were very well kept and the amenities were great. Reception was super helpful in recommending places for us to eat and very nice and attentive the rest of our stay. If I come back to Paris in the future, this is where I’d stay."

"Great Boutique Hotel! Room was clean, all the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel location is wonderful, just a few steps away from the Eiffel Tower and the Subway Station, with lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby. And on top of it there’s a very nice rooftop area to chill and relax with an amazing 360 view of Paris. Will definitely come back when I can."

"We were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. After returning to our room one evening, we found that the towels we had placed on the floor to be replaced had been rehung on the rack. When we contacted the front desk, we were told no staff were available to provide fresh towels. The offered solution, complimentary breakfast, was not useful since this was our final night. "Great ideal location for the Eiffel Tower and public transportation. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Very clean. Breakfast was tasty. Only downsides were the bed wasn't that comfortable for our taste, very loud partying outside a few nights (room was facing the street), and you couldn't control the ac unit in the room, it was locked. Overall we would definitely stay here for our next trip to Paris!"

"Staff was helpful in suggesting pharmacies, restaurants and navigation. The complementary water and beverages were a plus! Location was nice for bakery, stationary, chocolatiers for souvenirs. A good 15- 18 min walk to Eiffel Tower and river. Plan on lots of walking or Uber which can get pricey from this hotel."

"We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite which also has 3 bathrooms ( 2 with showers and 1 half bath ) I was with my 3 teenagers and it worked out amazing with the extra rooms plus a living room and dining room that we used to hang out in. The absolute star of this place is we had 2 balcony’s looking right at the Eiffel Tower ! My kids were in awe we walked over every day before or after our regular tours and the view just never disappoints. If you have teens or young adults they will spend hours...

"10/10 — would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. The location couldn’t be better: easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, plus multiple metro stops and train stations nearby. The room itself was beautiful, and the staff were truly exceptional. We traveled with three young kids, and while it’s an upscale boutique hotel, it was still incredibly family-friendly. "Beautiful boutique hotel, efficient and clean, located in a wonderful neighborhood central to many attractions and shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly, professional and caring. Breakfast options were very accommodating, amazing French pastries and, with the premium option, they'll cook you a delicious omelette. The open windows and outside spring air made the room comfortable so no need for A/C (which is available later for summer temperatures). I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!"
