"For the price I would have preferred to stay in a motel. The staff were kind but I did have some problems with the actual property: I found a chicken bone in my room, the shower water was lukewarm at best, and my room smelled like smoke. All the furniture and facilities are very worn and not like shown in the pictures."

"Parking was not terrible, but most spaces are behind building. The staff was helpful for this visit and happily corrected a billing error from our previous visit. The room was clean and breakfast was the standard affair - small selection of hot breakfast, waffle machines, oatmeal, and a selection of cereals. Will stay here again on our next trip this way"

"Hotel Burg was exceptionally clean and new. Very nicely done. We actually asked the staff at the front if they could provide me with the paint colors of our room because we liked them so much we wanted to use them in our home. They took my info and texted me the colors within an hour. Super helpful and friendly. The gym was better than most hotels and I was able to get a full workout in during my stay. Great location in the heart of Leesburg. 10/10 would stay again."

"The hotel wasn’t perfect, but we had a quiet time during our long weekend in the Leesburg area. The hotel was a quick drive from everything that we wanted to see and eat. The room was comfortable, which was the most important. The pool area was good. The cleanliness of the halls was oddly off. The free breakfast was skippable. There are so many good places to eat nearby, you should definitely skip the hotel breakfast."

"It's a Red Roof, so I don't expect frills. Room was clean. The AC unit in our room kept cool but didn't seem to pull the humidity out. Fridge was handy, the breakfast very limited. Only gripe I have really is the center door, which is supposed to be secure, was not operational. So anyone could gain access to the building."

"Very nice staff. The rooms are ok. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. It’s interesting because synthetic foods seem to be what corporate executives believe is OK for all of us not staying in luxury hotels. I didn’t know they could make fake fried eggs but that’s what they serve. Hilton hotels offers the synthetic breakfast for marketing purposes so the can charge a little more for the rooms."

"My daughter and I stayed at Landdown resort for 2 nights. We used the pools and ate in 2 of the restaurants. Coton and Rye was hit and miss. Our first meal was great, but the second dinner was not. To be fair, tbe resrt did comp my meal and I was grateful. The pools were adequate, but could do with some upgrading."

"This hotel was very clean. I watched as staff were constantly cleaning and tidying the inside and outside of the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The AC was working great. We especially appreciated the full breakfast. There was a large variety of breakfast items including eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, juices, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we plan to stay again on our next trip."

"Adjoining rooms. A/C didn’t work well in one room. Noisy/dirty/cracked bathroom vents. Ceiling above shower head coming down."

"Presidential suite? One night. Two bedrooms and a living area with pull out bed. Each had TV, fridge and microwave; convenient for six travelers. The fridge in the living area was a bit loud. One bathroom. I Actually slept well on king size bed in main bedroom."

"Pool closed for a day and a half for Maintenance , there was an ants in the room and we have to move to a different room in the second floor, The hall property is old , I think this hotel should be cheaper than other places , No more cold water available after 10:00 pm. The breakfast was normal, The staff is great and helpful."
