"It’s probably the cleanest Red Roof Hotel I’ve ever been to and what made it difference is they’re all inside rooms so you feel safe and secure
The staff and the people we met were all very nice and we will stay there again next year when we come down for the Leesburg flower and garden festival"

"RUN FORREST, RUN!!!. Do not stay at this hotel.
The room was dirty, and after calling three times for housekeeping, no one came to clean it. We were then told we would have to wait until the next day. Instead, they sent us back to the room with wipes so we could clean it ourselves.
Breakfast was basically a snack, the hallway had a strange smell, and while we were out for our event, it appeared housekeeping went through our bags.
Definitely not a place I would recommend."

"I didn’t even stay 1 night and no refund for the horrendous conditions. I was traveling with my dog for almost 13 hours in the car- booked online because it said they accepted pets-also when I called ahead of time- they said they had a restaurant available.
Checked in at 8:00pm
- after walking my dog I took a shower only to find bugs in the drain by my feet! And there was NO HOT water
Mortified- I got dressed and went to the available restaurant that stopped serving food at 9:00 on Friday...
