The temperature management was smooth too as it was cold outside, I really appreciate to be able to turn the heat up. Absolutely Beautiful hotel! "Staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate and nicely done up for valentines day. We had not asked for this, it was something they did a little extra which was really nice. The coffee machine facilities were kept impeccably clean also, everything was wonderfully neat. The hotel itself did look a little dated/ tired, but the service and cleanliness of the room were brilliant. I would stay here again."
