"I made a reservation for a king size bed, I was travelling with a baby. They checked me in with a twin bed, when I asked they said the king is not available and the booking went through as it usually does even if there is no available rooms. I am honestly surprised, definitely not coming back again. The rooms on top of this were not very good, clumsy room and lot of noise. Their outdoor is decorated but the rooms are not really good. "

"The heating unit is very loud in the room and there is no way to turn off the washroom fan. I closed the door so I couldn’t hear it. The room is great, very spacious and all things needed to have a very comfortable stay for a few days. Breakfast was fantastic! Service prompt and very friendly, addressed any concerns immediately. "

"We didn’t use the laundry facilities. The room was clean. We used the pool and gym. We appreciated these facilities. The staff was friendly. We checked in a little early and checked out a little later in the morning after using the pool with no problems. We chose this hotel due to a hospital visit. The hotel is easy to get to and it all worked out very well. "
