We stayed in a suite which was twice the size of a normal hotel room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed . "

"Did not like the fact that my room had a sliding glass door that opened straight to the back yard, very unsafe for a woman traveling alone. Also was under the impression a free breakfast was included with the reservation, which I was denied at the bistro. The attendee could not make change for a $20 bill and the credit card machine wasn't working. I left hungry because I'd already checked out of my single nights stay. The lady at the register at least took pity on me and gave me a free cup of coffee."

"This was our third stay at the Embassy Suites in Brier Creek. We returned for all the usual reasons: clean modern facilities, friendly professional helpful staff, good good in Amelia's. Most important 3 years ago a staff member saved my husband's life when he had a heart attack."

"We had a great stay at the 21c Museum Hotel Durham. The location is perfect, and the front desk staff was really friendly. Our room was comfortable and beautiful. I especially loved the mattress and pillows, and the shower was amazing. It was also nice to see eco-friendly toiletries. We were on the 6th floor and it was nice and quiet, and the blackout shades worked so well. We usually wake up early, but we actually slept in because the room was so comfortable and dark. Only small downsides: the ice delivery took a while, and valet was a bit backed up when we arrived. It looked like a U-Haul trailer was taking up space that should’ve been for guests, which didn’t help. But honestly, those were minor things. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Durham for a show or event."
