"O hotel é maravilhoso, a cama é impressionantemente confortável! Uma das melhores que já dormi! A limpeza é impecável! Eles me parecem muito exigentes com isso! Se eu tiver que pontuar algo negativo, seriam dois itens, sentimos falta do frigobar no quarto e algo que nos incomodou, foi referente ao café da manhã, estava marcando que era até 10:30, e o café é no prédio em frente ao hotel, chegamos exatamente 10:14, ai as duas funcionárias que estavam na recepção nos olharam com espanto quando...

"Wonderful hotel - 10 min walk to S. Marco piazza. Room was large and very comfortable. Staff at desk very helpful answering questions and giving dining recommendations. Hotel right on the canal and took gondola ride right from the door of the hotel. Breakfast very nice too."

"One of the most beautiful and charming hotels I’ve stayed in in a long time. The architecture, the furniture with the window drapes, beds, artwork, walls, Morano glass chandeliers in each room. The nice included semi private breakfast was a cherry on top. The staff was friendly, the location was excellent."

"Very convenient and not complicated to find. It’s located in the nearby alley of main train station. My chosen hotel doesn’t have specific reception since this is a chain hotel, it shares the same reception which is apparently around 100m further away from the hotel. Don’t worry you find the instructions on the hotel main entrance. "

"Host alexsandro was incredibly informative, welcoming and went above and beyond to help our stay. He made us feel like we were coming home, despite never visiting Venice before. He sat us down to explain the areas and recommended us routes for our itinerary: . Breakfast was faultless hosted by Michaela who was super friendly and kind throughout. "I had a good experience here. There was some confusion with the shuttle, but i take the blame since even tho the instructions could have been better it was overall my fault but they went out of there way to get me. The hotel is right next to train, friendly staff and solid food. I would stay there again if I traveled to Venice."
