"We didn't stay at the hotel we registered, we stayed in nearby apartment, where we have to walk few blocks with lots of suitcase and claiming up and down was painful additionally I have to pay 100 Euros for city fee, clean up fees and two of my kids , it's absurd ,I never recommend this hotel again,"

"I had a very bad experience from start to finish in this property.. I don't recommend it to anyone.. The property is located on the 3rd floor and the lift was Not working.. No hot water in the bathroom ( I didn't have shower for all the period I stayed there, ( I reported the problem to the cleaner who tried to fix it by herself but she couldn't ).. The toilet seat was cracked so every time I used the toilet, the toilet seat pinched my bottom and that was very painful.. No reception desk so...

"We enjoyed our stay! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was our favorite thing. The cons: our room was fairly small and you had to step up another level to get into the bathroom. Because of this, in the middle of the night, my husband fell and cut his arm badly. The staff was very nice though, and tried to take care of the cut. It was hard to find the doors Into the hotel and the doors out of the hotel if that makes sense."

"Great location, very helpful staff (Ana!), and great value for prime season in Rome. Also....air conditioning! The air con was absolutely indispensable during the recent summer heat wave. "Great potential, poor execution. Given the amount of time spent texting with Numa customer service to correct issues, the cost was way more than the stay was worth. The check in took over an hour and a half, due to an unusual issue that would have been corrected in five minutes if there were A/C did not work and customer service could only send the same cookie cutter recommendations repeatedly, which did NOT correct the problem. Numa suffers from the lack of a human element."

"Great location, close to the train station to move around. Good affordable restaurants near by. My rooms was on the 3 floor. They say it's sexond floor there but to us its 3rd floor. Nice 3 bed apt. With everything working conditions. The shower was the only negative thing, its super small and for it big guy its hard to move in there. Other than that the place was great. Good staff, very helpful."

Having roof terrace access, great for sunset views and getting your bearings. A quiet, small top-floor property—don’t let the tiny elevator scare you off. This IS a small family-run place—no big lobby and the rooms are all right next to each other, but the rooms themselves are quiet and a great deal for being within walking distance to so much in Rome."
