"The hotel was extremely dirty and falling apart. The pictures are filtered tremendously. The room I book and paid for was not what we were provided. I was told by the staff when I showed them a picture of the room I booked on their website that that room wasn’t available and if it was it doesn’t look anything like the pictures they have online. Luckily they gave me a refund and I stayed somewhere else."

"There was not a view of the beach or a partial ocean view as was stated in the description. The room was nice the balcony not so much because it was a boarded up window room. There were no chairs so you couldn’t go out there and enjoy it."

"The front desk person did not tell us the breakfast time, wifi password instructions nor direct us to the elevators, an actual guest saw us looking for the elevator signs and kindly directed us to it. Second, no A/C in hallways. Lastly, found a dirty knife in the sink and the shower was barely cleaned, with rust yellow stains all over the doors and caulking. They need better housekeeping staff who actually perform housekeeping and definitely attentive customer service-driven front desk staff....
