"Staff were very helpful and were always positive. The location can't be beat if you're there to see Broadway - exit the door and go 10 steps down the road and you're standing in Times Square. Downside was the hotel could use an update. It was a pricey booking and I was expecting better considering there are other options in the area where we've stayed in the past."

L'hôtel est propre et récent, les équipements sont de qualité et la literie est incroyable! Le rooftop est un vrai plus, avec une jolie vue. Seul bémol : le petit-déjeuner. Que des options sucrées identiques d'un jour sur l'autre. Une seule variété de céréales (un granola excellent) et seulement des oeufs durs ou du philadelphia pour l'option salée. Pas de chocolat...

"The property location is excellent, so walkable, close to Times Square yet we had plenty of quiet to rest after long days of walking. Staff is helpful, attentive and each member we interacted with was customer service oriented. Bedding is crisp, beds and pillows very comfy, rooms are a decent size per NY standard with closet space and room to move. We didn’t use the health club. Bar is lovely. Based on location, service and comfort, we’d definitely recommend. "

"Great location and very good staff except for the taxi driver that took us from the hotel to the airport. This taxi driver was recommended by the hotel staff. He agreed to a fee and charged us more (some $15-20) which we found very inappropriate."
