"The apartment was in brand new condition and was excellently laid out with separate kitchen/lounge and sleeping areas. The kitchen was well equipped and very functional. This would be a great place to stay for anyone who wanted to visit Edinburgh for a few days. We also liked the large flat screen smart TV. "Room was fine, though the window opened to a rooftop that was undergoing renovations with a pallet of flammable material sitting right next to the window. The place was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Great location and perfect for single travelers. Unfortunately the boiler was out during my stay, and the breakfast/dinner options were limited as a result. Dinner was pricey, especially given the limitations."

"Hotel is in a great location with plenty of public transport options, the room was bright, clean and comfortable, and the reception area and bar/lounge felt lovely. The whole pool area is small and feels tired but it’s a good facility to have. Was disappointed with the food - breakfast items just didn’t taste fresh. And ordered a meal on room service which tasted and felt like reheated food. Disappointing considering the cost of the stay but otherwise good."

"The staff were extremely helpful, when we checked in we were greeted by a really lovely man who was very helpful and made check in extremely easy. The hotel is in a great location and wasn’t far from anywhere. The room itself was very comfy and everything we needed was provided. Later on I went down to the bar and the staff were really helpful in providing some drinks. All in all, I don’t have any bad things to say about the hotel. 10/10 would highly recommend!"

"This was probably as good of an experience as one can expect in a hostel. The property was well maintained, including clean showers, and comfortable beds. There weee lots of amenities, including a coworking space and library. And we received 15% off at the bar and restaurant downstairs. The staff were welcoming and helpful. When I messed up my locker, the front desk attendant, Clancy, was happy to come up to the third floor to unlock it for me, for which I was grateful. It is also in a central location. I recommend it if you need a budget friendly option while in Edinburgh."
