" The hotel’s grounds, location and facilities (especially the pool) provide a level of peaceful serenity one does not expect to encounter when staying in the middle of a large metropolitan city. The staff were very helpful and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and well serviced throughout our stay. Only thing my wife and I didn’t care for was the layout of our bathroom which was a bit odd, I’d request a room with an additional or sink/vanity not in the bedroom if I were to visit again and a toilet door that closed completely. The private outdoor jacuzzi tub was a very nice touch though. "

"One of the greatest locations in the city ! Close to historical district and plenty of shopping banks and exchanges with in a gated court yard in the heart of the financial district Friendly people Speak poco English .. lol ( English is spoken a littke !"

"We had a lovely stay. Location was central to sites we enjoyed (we love walking as we explore a city). Close to start of free walking tour, museums (including Naruda’s home) and other fun spots. We also found some great food in the Listarria area. Gelato across street was perfection. The service at the hotel is great (we splurged for a massage as well -ah nice). We really enjoyed food at breakfast and for 3 dinners (roof top setting was beautiful). Everyone was so helpful. The library offers a wonderful spot to unwind. Architecture of building is stunning. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice toiletries (including body lotion!). We slept really well. Very happy I chose to stay here!"

"The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast is always delivered the day before, which is a great option for those planning very early tours or activities. The reception staff were always very attentive and helpful. The neighborhood is not one of the safest, but the hotel is well located and offers easy access to several tourist attractions."
