"This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Last time was 6 years ago. I feel the hotel is showing its age. The elevators were falling apart and not that clean. Room was ok. We were put in a handicapped room which we didn’t request. Pool was nice."

"Woyld be good to know ahead that the Rush Tower has noise from Fremont Street Experience bands pounding until 2 am. Earplugs were provided but weren't very helpful. Thankfully my husband doesn't hear well without hearing aids, and we were so tired we were able to get to sleep anyway!"

"I had two rooms, and only one was ready upon our arrival at 2:45. The other room was ready after 5:00. I received no notification and had to go to the front desk to ask. If check-in is at 3:00, why wasn't my 2nd room ready? Very unhappy. "

"Checking in was super easy & the young woman that checked me in was so sweet. Definitely made me want to come back from that encounter alone. Valet guys were nice & very quick at retrieving the car. My room was nice & clean. Bathroom very small, but for a quick weekend it did the job. My room window was right on Fremont Street so I was able to see all the zip lines & partying below, I really enjoyed that. Hotel is literally the doorstep of the Fremont Party scene. I will book again."

"Everything was honestly amazing. Front desk checking in and out were very helpfulful. Most hotels don’t offer a fridge without paying for it daily and this one had it included and wasn’t small. Only thing I can say was a bit tedious was the shower. It leaked all over because floor and curtain were too low. Casino workers (some not all) had attitude but over all great."
