We had our flight canceled and the woman at the front desk was very accommodating for us as a last minute check in. She waved the early check in fee so we could get some sleep at 4 am! She was an angel! So thankful for her!!!

Call and check the actual price before booking! We paid online and when we got there they charged us a "resort fee" and I had to pay another $189! Should have just stayed at a more expensive hotel...
