This place is beautiful. I loved our stay in March 2024 here! Carrie Underwood was at their venue and it was an UMAZING show!

Absolutely beautiful property with a tremendous amount to without ever leaving. Check in/out was super easy and quick. The restaurants we tried were delicious and service was great. Now the critique...... 2 adults, 3 nights, we had 2 towels our entire stay, so that was pretty unpleasant. We did have our room cleaned and they brought clean towels, but again only 2 and no bath mat this time around. Also, just an observation, but they don't change the sheets when they clean your room. No biggie for me, but just an observation.

Hotel is really nice and very clean like I didn’t see a speck of dirt the whole time I was there. Hotel is nice but doesn’t have anything that makes me want to stay here again for the price. Went in April 2024 and the pools close at 6pm, which is crazy. They charge $100 for a late check out and you have to pay a $150 per night incidental fee which was about $500 for me after taxes which is a little crazy. My only complaint is their amenities close early for Vegas and the cleaning solution that they use to clean the hotel rooms use makes the rooms stinks really bad - smells like a mix of dogs, bleach, and a peach smell - smells bad the entire time. Would recommend this property if you want to be on the strip but want to spend majority of the time at the hotel this place is massive and has bars, restaurant, pool, casino, clubs, shopping, desserts, and a theater.

front desk customer reps are cold faced, not very friendly. I felt unwelcome. When in room I had a question and called customer service. they were busy but the auto message said that I could leave message and they'd call me back. I left a voice message, but they NEVER called me back!

We enjoyed this hotel a lot and was first time staying here. We were in the Conrad tower. The pool and restaurants were great! We utilized the first class fitness center too. Would stay here again.

My boyfriend had reached out to the hotel, as we both have worked for the Fairmont’s properties previously and asked if they could do any small amenity or acknowledgment, tiny room upgrade for my 30th birthday as that was the reason we were travelling. To our disappointment they said they don’t do anything for free. Even when we arrived they asked if we were here for a reason and we stated it was for my birthday and proceeded to charge us an extra $20 a night for a strip view. You would think, well hope that these massive hotel companies would place high value on wowing guests by offering a complimentary room upgrade (valued at $60) to create a lasting impression of the brand. At least that was the service level we were used to giving when working for the FAIRMONT. We will rethink staying with the Hilton again if this is something they aren’t passionate about doing for their guests! We also arrived to our room and there were still stains in the toilet bowl. That was a lovely treat.

Great property. The only issue I had was a security guard wearing a red vest harassed me for wearing an expressive t shirt on site. Once I informed him I was a guest at the hotel, he stopped harassing me.

Was a bit far from the main area of the strip but we enjoy walking so not a real deterrent. The north end of the strip is going through some significant upgrades so all necessary (and non-necessary) shopping is in easy walking distance. Pool service was excellent and we were able to get good pool seating at any time during the day (although we were told this might not be the case after the beginning of May).

This property was beautiful! The pool area was unmatched! I would stay here again, but it is a little far from the heart of the strip if you want to walk to your destinations.

Hotel Staff was great. Casino staff especially the waitresses were sub par. Almost like they didn’t want to be there. Although it is on the strip, very far away from the main drag.

This place is way too expensive for what you get. Room was just okay. Shower never got hot. Pool closes at 6 PM. I know this is Vegas but this place is set up to rip people off at every turn. They have all this stuff in the rooms - snacks and drinks etc. They have everything set up with sensors. There is a little card with super fine print that say if you even pick something up for more than 30 seconds they will charge you (exorbitantly) for it. Absolute horse pucky. If you have kids then good luck with that. We got a $25 credit for drinks in the hotel with our reservation, problem is that one crappy margarita will suck up most of that. I think Vegas in general is not going to fare well with the massive inflation that is occurring. The middle class can't afford how insanely expensive everything has gotten. The whole place was pretty dead.
