Only 2 employees were working at the check in counter when there are 10 people waiting. The towels were dirty, the shower head was broken, and they did not have any body wash in our room. The whole experience was bad.

This property is newer to the Vegas hotels and was a bit further out from all of the city noise. I enjoyed the clean room and bathroom, the clean floor and facilities. I stopped at the Starbucks inside the hotel nearly every morning and though the line was long, they were quick and everything was well prepared.

Very good to stay and keep a little quite from busy strip. I stayed in Conrad realy excellent place to relax, and enjoy the trip. The resort is new and very clean, very nice view and walk cross street to buy things you want and also nice food.

I like how open and bright the space is. I never felt like I was stuck in a crowd or in a dingy casino. I think that communication between the hotel and its guests could be improved. We had an experience where the elevators went out and the only notification we recieved was through the television at 2am. I did not see it. I would have seen it if it had been on my phone. I also think that some improvements could be made to the shopping area (the district). There were not many shops to browse through. I also think that the famous foods could be improved. Even though the resort has an all vegan restaurant that was WONDERFUL it didn't have many other plant based options. I was scrambling to find a quick service meal that was plant based.

Never ever use Stupedia!!! Hilton is fine but Stupedia uses glitches in their system to double book and cause people to pay double. Never will I ever use Stupedia again

The property is stunning and has all the amenities you could look for in a resort. The prices for food and drinks was a bit steep, but about what you’d expect in Las Vegas

Great property overall, though it does attract a much younger crowd which was the only downside. A lot of young kids, teenagers and very young adults.

The facility is nice and clean. Very safe. I was not pleased with the service. I could not get the WiFi or room service working and called several times for assistance with no help only to find they misspelled my name. We also called for new pillows twice and was told they would be brought up and they never came.

* Checkin took 30 minutes * No coffee machine in the room * Fridge wasnt working but was replaced quickly * VIP perks could not be used : no late checkout needed, no room upgrade possible due to full occupancy and $25 credit at lobby lounge was unusable * No desk to work but who comes to Vegas to work? Some of us do * Plastic bags in drawers from previous stay * Very friendly staff * Spacious and comfortable rooms * Good hotel and amenities overall

Poor service, starting with the front desk. Vincent, was a very rude and unhelpful staff member. While I heard the other desk attendants be courteous to arriving guests, this individual was not. He upon arriving asked for my card and ID, and proceeds to start running my card but not providing details of what he is charging (note: room was prepaid). I overheard from the other staff what the charges were and therefore asked, but Vincent continued to be vague in the response. Afterwards, I was given the keys, but not offered any details about the property. In contrast I heard the other desk attendants shared details about the dining features and amenities of the resort. This was an extremely disappointing experience.

Requested our rooms to be service after 3:00pm and no one came to clean our room. Texted and called severe times and our room did not get cleaned until midnight. We had to leave our room and wait for it to be cleaned when all we wanted was to go to bed. No apologies or anything where given.

Upon checkin we wear told we had to use our debit card to hold 800 for incidentals. Thats alot of money that you have to be tied up and not used on vacation. Spoke with 2 employees prior to our arrival and was never told that detail. Took 45 minutes to check in and we arrived at 1am and were exausted from travel. More of these charges should be in the hotels description or details.

Property is in a great location if you like to walk. Had an issue with my room that was resolved very quickly. Only complaint would be that some restaurants were not opened as advertised. A couple opened only on Friday and Saturday. Juniors had a sign that it was open until 11pm but was closed when we got there at 4pm on Sunday. Burger and fish and chips place only open on Friday and Saturday. Can’t remember the name of the place that made the rice bowls. Our food was horrible. Spicy, lots of rice and barely any meat and veggies. Very salty! Overall the property is very nice. Restaurants pricey but expected in Vegas. Best place was the sports bar and grill. Unfortunately, we found that place on the last day. The food was great! Fresh salads, etc. Would definitely stay again..

Check in very poor; only 1 person with over 30 people in line. We stood there over 30 mins. Finally a 2nd staff person showed up to help. Room was very nice, clean, well maintained. Be aware you have to walk long distances to get to restaurants or the parking lot.

The property was great, we really enjoyed staying at the resort. The staff were busy and not very friendly. As for room service, we requested for extra towels and they didn’t bring extra towels. And the property is a bit far from the core of the entertainment area. Overall, our experience was good and we enjoyed everything else.

First time in Vegas, I took my wife for our anniversary. I was quite scared because I didn't know what to expect, but everything changed as soon as we got to the front desk. The staff treated us like family, and the place felt so homey to us. We will definitely be back.
