"Rooms are clean, the pool was nicely kept and warm there’s a few restaurants on the hotel grounds. The food wasn’t anything impressive but filling enough. The staff are really kind and considerate provided great recommendations as well definitely an overall 4 star hotel but a good experience. "

"Another fabulous stay here with the wife. We love the location, the vibe and general feeling of space around the site. Depending on how we get on at the airport heading home (very slow on arrival with the new electronic security checks) i’m sure we’ll be ‘rocking’ back up here again soon…"

"We enjoyed staying at the hotel. Our suite was well furnished and comfortable. The cleaners were really quick and efficient. They did a great job keeping the room clean. Our suite faced the street so it could be a bit noisy on the balcony. The restaurant food was overall better than the average all inclusive. We were disappointed to find that our kitchen was locked and we would have to pay extra to access the facilities. We expected this to be part of the package. We would also have liked the hotel to have a separate bar, away from where the evening entertainment, so that we could enjoy an evening there without having to watch the shows etc. Staff were always really helpful and polite. "

"A truly 5 star hotel, superb facilities and outstandingly friendly staff, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. Room was spacious and comfortable, dining was great. We can’t wait to come back! "

"Room been very spacious , cleanliness 8 out of 10 as a bit old now , previous tourists didn't care much and misused the furniture and place altogether. "

"Reception staff where friendly, room was a good size. Pool was cold most days. Not heated. Pillows where needing refreshed. Bar sold cocktails, more expensive than outwith the hotel, and only did 5 set ones. Didn't do margaritas for example. Kind of expect to sit wt hotel and relax with the drink you want, but this wasn't possible. Construction site across the road so air quality was poor, plus the obvoius noise pollution. Not relaxing for holiday. Paid extra for a patio, it was huge, but was missing a chair for the 3rd guest. Plus a lot of dust from the aforementioned construction site meant our feet where filthy if we walked in it, plus couldn't dry clothes in it. "
