Lapeer Hotels with Swimming Pool

"Didn't eat the breakfast due to schedule conflict, Room was very nice, housekeeping was very nice! A little to much noise from other occupants running and slamming doors, I smelled cigarette smoke even though we had none smoking I personally can't take cigarette smoke so I'm hoping that it doesn't happen on my second stay. Like with any building there's always a few things that could be fixed, I hope the next time I come in the future that the workout room is a little bit more advanced with equipment I would love that! Love the variety of channels available for the T.V. , I told the receptionist that we'll be back next month and she happily accommodated us with the same room just upstairs that made me want to come back to your hotel looking forward! I also love the surrounding area so much at your fingertips from restaurants to Meijer's, Krogers , If I need anything I can easily walk and get it or drive quickly and get it that's very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and I think they will be very satisfied and happy to have to stay at your location."

"The receptionist (Courtney and omg I am so sorry but I forgot the other lady name that worked the mid shift) was amazing both of the lovely ladies. The room was clean NO BUGS at all... The breakfast was good, Mrs Debbie is an amazing person she goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The only thing I'd say I wasn't pleased with was there dryer, I placed my clothes in the dryer for 2 hours and they were still damp.. other than that the hotel was very comforting.... I will be booking here again in the future... Thank you ladies for all you done for me and my family... "

"Don't ever book a non refundable room. We booked a room with them new years eve so our son could go swimming. We show up just to find out the pool was under construction and unavailable. Talking to management is no help because you'll be speaking with ai. We ate the money for a hotel room we didn't even stay in"

"Let me start by saying that at no point before check-in was a $200 deposit mentioned, which was already frustrating. When I arrived at my room, it was clearly not properly cleaned. There was hair and visible dirt on the sheets, and to make matters worse, there was a child’s toy left between the sheets and the cover. That is completely unacceptable. The property also advertises “no parties,” yet there were multiple rooms clearly hosting parties throughout the weekend. On top of that, room doors were left wide open all night, which is a serious safety concern. One door in particular was left open from 4 PM Friday until 10 AM Saturday. When I brought these issues to the front desk, I was told it was either housekeeping or another guest’s fault—which is not a real solution or acceptable response. To top it all off, the breakfast was terrible. Overall, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. Honestly, spend the extra $100 and go to Hyatt Place—you’ll save yourself the frustration."
