"No one was at front desk to check in. Room keys didn’t work. No bedding for sofa bed had to go down and get it and got handed a wad of sheets and a pad. No blanket. Very unhappy with our stay."

"Great breakfast, clean rooms, cheap and good bar, drinks and food. Pool and hot tub were relaxing after a day in the city. The hot tub jets weren't very powerful but was a good place to stay."

"Absolutely horrible. Dirty towels and comforter. The bed had a dip in it. The door was jammed. Meaning, couldn’t get in the room even with the key showing green. Needless to say, I left and went somewhere else much better. "

"No hot water, dirty bedding, no pool access, no hot water, and tv didn't work. on top of that the room wasn't even ready at check in time."

"No breakfast at all the second day. Apparently staff didn't show up and no one else could do it. They had 2 treadmills in the gym. Both had badly torn belts. The sink in the kitchenette leaked all over the floor. Dirty tables in the breakfast area. On a good note, all staff was incredibly friendly."
