"THERE ARE ZERO BALCONY BEDROOMS. Let that be the first thing you know, none of the rooms have balconies and for the tallest hotel in Lanzarote, is very bizarre since it offers sea views. The staff are very helpful, cannot fault them. The breakfast buffet offered everything and was delicious. The gym was adequate. Only...

"The place is stunning! It is a very special place with people that love to have people to stay and have the best time. It is a personal stay, very relaxed and calming. The breakfast is phenomenal!!! We will 100% return!"

"We went in October half term in 2 bed sea view rooms. Although the rooms are tired and fairly scruffy, ours was also quite dirty, the bedding was clean so where the main areas. The beds were very comfy except the pull out sofa bed which was partially broken. We all slept well, lots of breeze in the top floor sea view rooms so evening weren’t hot whilst sleeping as windows open perfectly, Facilities in room ok, pool area cosy and pool was heated so really good temperature even in hot weather....

"All great but could do with air con."
