"Great, well maintained hotel that can cater to your every requirement. The hotel could benefit from having a gym on the premises, and the 8th floor windows shouldn't be blocked so that guests with young children who couldnt stay at Disneyland until 8pm can view the fireworks from the hotel. Staff are also openly watching guests at the breakfast buffet - please give guests some space whilw they enjoy their meals. Overall a great family stay, with plenty of free activities for families. "

"Property is amazing with nice sea view. Rooms are good size and staff were amazing with their service. Breakfast buffet is also good with several options. Swimming pool is also good, kids enjoyed a lot. Hotel is amazing with high cleanliness and hygiene. Highly recommend for the families who wants to visit the Disneyland and closer to the Airport. "

"The Grand Hyatt is very well located, has amazing views with floor to ceiling windows. The staff were amazing and very tentative to provide help and support when needed. The rooms were spacious and very well decorated. Although the pool area was very inviting and the gym offered all that you needed including a sauna. A BIG negative is smoking is still allowed (almost encouraged with all the ashtrays everywhere) throughout the pool area. This was made worse by having the entrance designed for...

"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "

"Es liegt ein wenig außerhalb, aber für uns perfekt, da unser Sohn ein Auslandssemester an der chinesischen Universität absolviert, welche genauso- wie die MRT-Station - nur einen Steinwurf entfernt war. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Club-Lounge-Zugang gebucht. Absolut empfehlenswert.
