"A fantastic stay- so good we wished we had booked for longer. The building is beautiful and has so much character. Staff were lovely and breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean and spacious - a rare treat on our trip! The beds were comfortable and the towel warmer in the bathroom was an unexpected bonus! The layout of the hotel was fine for us- but may be an issue for someone with mobility issues as even though there was a lift for some of the rooms our room still required a series of...

"Lovely quiet area, 25 minute walk into Bath, all down hill, however the walk back was quite a pull. Taxi fare is £7
The accommodation was lovely, comfortable beds, and the little touches like the breakfast, milk, ice cubes & coffee machine were appreciated.
Would highly recommend. "

"We found this stunning hotel right in the centre of Bath while browsing the Expedia web site. We never dreamed it would be this good. The friendly reception staff greeted us with a warm welcome and were eager to make our stay memorable. This historic Georgian hotel had just opened after 3 years of extensive renovation and it was superb on every level...from the tasteful elegant decor and reimagined period features, to the large comfortable beds and brand new bathrooms, the attention to every...

"It was really clean and well fitted for soap, towels tea coffee and the extra treats of cookies and hot chocolate.
The only problem we had was we were relying on wifi and didn't realize there would be no staff to help us. We didn't see the email you sent to tell us how to get the key because we didn't have wifi. We went into a shop just down from the hotel and they helped us out."
