"A wonderful apartment in a wonderful location. Great for early morning walks to the beach, and if you want to explore, most things are a short driving distance for hikes and other breathtaking nearby beaches. "The breakfast was good, but let down by being a little cold.
The room and hotel were very nice and well kept, but the restaurant area was incredibly cold, the windows in the conservatory area leaked air around the edges and the air con wasn’t running any heating when we were in there eating so hurried through and returned to room. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel in St Ives and had a very disappointing experience. The room I was given did not match what was shown in the booking photos at all. It felt misleading and not worth the money.
Cleanliness was a major issue — the room was not properly cleaned, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Basic services were also missing, and when I raised these concerns with the staff, there was little to no response or effort to resolve the situation.

1. You need to prebook a parking space. it will be an extra charge ~ £9
2. Also, prebook the restaurant for dinner. They can't guarantee guests a table
