"Hotel was just fine it’s Hotel. Com that I’m rating negatively! We had a two night reservation and at the last minute had to cancel one night October 23 stayed there Oct 24 Best Western were unable to retire the reservation!!! We requested a waiver from hotels . Com for a future stay at the Best Western Carlisle and request was denied We will no longer be using Hotels.com to book any further hotels ! The receptionist At the hotel was extremely dissatisfied with Hotels. Com as well as other people had trouble with making reservations with you"

"Very accessible to the hospital and easy to get from place to place. Brewed coffee by the cup is very nice. The breakfast left a lot to be desired and the grab bar in the shower is at the wrong end of the tub. It should be at the non-shower head end so when you need it to step in and out of the shower you aren’t right next to the toilet. Very inconvenient placement especially for seniors that really need to use it."

"I always wipe the bathroom down at the very least when I get into a room and when I did it here there was nothing coming up! Clean from the toilet to the tub. Wiped the room down and it was the same. Pretty small room. Didn’t go to the restaurant. But liked the location as well. I normally catch the train in so now I know this place is right around the corner (5 minute walk). Paid for parking beforehand and it was the best decision they have a valet service. Checked out the concessions they had didn’t look interesting to me looked cold and unappealing, but there were many ppl buying food and coffee they serve Starbucks coffee (just the coffee, none of their food items). There is a fridge in the room and a microwave in the lobby."
