The staff was very friendly and helpful. We don't speak Italian but we were able to use electronic translations to convey our needs and the staff was very helpful. The hotel was not busy and we were very pleased with their restaurant, even though we were the only patrons.

Stayed at the hotel primarily because of its parking lot and access to the highway. Quick checkin, simple but clean room, better than average breakfast.

The stay was OK - the staff on the whole very helpful. Unfortunately, the spa facilities that were one of the main reasons we accepted a hotel without a pool, were not available throughout the 2 weeks and it appeared that there was no intention of them ever being available again. When I asked about this and said that the expedia app was still promising a spa, they did not appear to feel there was any need to correct the hotel description and basically said "you have paid in full so you can't get money back". I was not asking for money back anyway but they were unhelpful. Disappointing - not a 4 star hotel.

Our dinner and breakfast was very good. Many choices. The rooms were very clean with special touches like toothbrushes and sewing kit. The staff was very sweet. I was very pleased!

Roberto at front desk was awesome. Spoke English and Italian and went out of his way to assist us. We did not have the breakfast there but we must say the dinner at the restaurant on site was excellent and also the service there was excellent.

Good airport access
Clean American-style room with plenty of space. Convenient and easy to get to the airport. Appreciated the on-site restaurant as a dinner option since the hotel isn’t near anything else.

The staff was friendly, however, they lack knowledge and professionalism. I booked 2 Standard Rooms but requested a larger room of which of course I will pay the monetary difference. I was told they didn't have any larger rooms. After a few minutes in the room I looked on hotels.com and saw they had Suites available, I went downstairs and requested a Suite, they then charged me full price for the Suite and didn't even ask What to do with the single room I was abt to empty. At this point I didn't care, I hoped that this ¨Suite¨was were larger and that the AC works better than on the single rooms. Oh, Was I wrong, the room was Hell-Hot, When asked for a ventilator they said they didn't have one and that We must wait 1 hour for the room to cool down. The room never cooled down, We couldn't sleep at all. I'm glad they didn't check the temperature during Check-out, otherwise, they would have to say We had COVID because of the body Temperature thanks to the lack of AC all Night.

A day of recuperation.
Made a second visit on my return journey. I had the added complication of a grazed leg which needed medical attention. The staff assisted me in getting ir seen to and finding the pharmacy that was open on Sunday to collect the prescription. I made it a 2 night stay and rested up for one day. The lunchtime room service “La Pinse” was excellent. And filling as all their portion sizes are large. I felt well rested and well looked after and my car got plenty of use from the Tesla charger.

Great EV trip stop-over.
All staff were very friendly and looked after me well despite the language gap. They went out of their way to understand me and help me to learn how to say the numbers. The evening dinner was reasonably priced but very refined but not over-pretentious, with enormous portions, so no-one could go hungry.

Nothing to write home about
One of those hotels that are usefully to sleep in the night before flying from the local Lamezia airport. No frills, lacking in facilities, barely working A/C and with a restaurant that only opens for breakfast and dinner (no lunch). Best to be able to defend yourself in Italian and very few of the staff speak a little English.

Nice hotel for the airport.
Hotel is convenient for the airport but would be very difficult to find at night as it is isolated and in the country. You would need a satnav ot a taxi. It is clean and modernish if a bit basic. Ok for overnight stay.

Convenient hotel
The hotel is close to highways leading to beach towns . It is also convenient to the airport. Perfect place to stay before an early morning flight. The staff is friendly and helpful. Free wifi and parking is a plus. The breakfast staff is very accommodating .

Great Hotel in Lamezia
The Hotel Class much better than expected. It was very modern and in good condition. The staff are very friendly and most speak a little English. The hotel is close to Lamezia Terme airport, but is pretty much in the middle of nowhere otherwise. There are no other buildings near by. We had free parking and free WiFi. Also the restaurant in the hotel was quite nice also. Great Hotel for a great Price!

An oasis in Lamezia, close to the airport
The Hotel Class is very nice. The hotel is in good condition and is well kept. The staff are friendly. Most speak little English (but better than my Italian!). The hotel is close to Lamezia Terme airport, but is pretty much in the middle of nowhere otherwise. There are no other buildings near by.

great business hotel
I appreciated the free wi fi and parking. The staff and service are wonderful especially the waiters in the restaurant and bar. I will stay here again

Decent Hotel
We needed a place to stay that was close to Lamezia Terme Airport for an early morning flight. They don't offer any shuttle service to/from the airport. The hotel is very nice with comfortable beds. It's in a rather remote spot, so being without a car, we took a walk but there wasn't much to see and you couldn't go too far without coming to a busy highway. We did eat in the restaurant for both lunch and dinner and our meals were very good.
