"Great location and apartment, comfortable for my family of three. Easy parking garage nearby. I would stay here again. "

"Instructions for exact location were ambiguous. We arrived looking for the exact address and it took a few minutes to find the right door. There are several businesses at the same address and so there was some cony. This could have been pointed out to avoid such an issue . The apartment was large, spacious and clean. The heating system was not able to be controlled so the entire two days, we were too warm and so uncomfortable. For the washed clothes, it was advantageous. The tv did not work...

"Absolutely loved this hotel during our road trip across Europe . It gets my top marks for customer service and friendliness. The hotel as its name implies is luxurious and classy and its staff super attentive . We opted for dinner and cocktails and these were lovely as was breakfast the next day . I would go out of my way to come back to this hotel as it is really special . "

"Parking was easy either out front the hotel or in their garage for $25 bucks a night, location was great short was to “Città Alta”, great neighborhood and staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was good as well lot of selection to chose from 6:30-10am were the times for breakfast. "

"We slept so well from the first night, the staff were lovely and not intrusive. Our room was at the rear and close to the A4 motorway but was silent, the automated blackout blind and A/C ensured the room was comfortable too. Our waitress at breakfast Selma was attentive and welcoming, the cappuccinos were absolutely lovely. The room had a minibar - we used this fridge to keep our own drinks cool. There were no drink facilities in the room but we knew to expect.this. The breakfast was constantly good, although had no rotation we appreciated this. There were excellent alternative milk options and lactose / gluten free options. "
