"The overall experience was memorable and worthwhile. I like the closeness to nature and the overall serenity. The staff were responsive and friendly. The concierge in particular was very helpful. The only challenge was the kitchen staff. We ordered room service for dinner. It was very delayed. Breakfast was a bit of a challenge. Refills of meals for the breakfast buffet was very slow. "
"The location that was put in the map is not where the hotel is, I had to travel for 3 hours from where they showed it was located to where it actually was because of the distances and traffic which was the reason why I was looking to book a hotel close to the airport. I called hotels.com to complain about it and they couldn’t not help me, Which I found disappointed!
