"The hot tub is NOT working. The front desk will tell you it is, it is NOT. It has hot water, no jets and is DISGUSTING. The entire property is dirty and gross- I'm not sure how they still have the name Country Inn and Suites attached to it- it is not the same quality of the brand at all. The towels and sheets are dirty and dingy, the furniture in the room was the same. We stayed here because of the shuttle option to the airport and the return shuttle driver got lost finding us and we felt very unsafe with his driving. Never again."

"We stayed over the weekend for a wedding. Lovely hotel views, great breakfast, and ease of access were some of our most notable highlights. Hotel staff were friendly and exteremely helpful. Enrique and the entire staff were extremely accommodating and made our experience so much better. We had an amazing time and will be back again."

"Bed and bathroom were clean. Staffing issues obvious. Kept his cool but obviously needed help. Weekend very busy for only one person. Pulled in several directions and rude customers. Bar never open. Shortage of towels/no washcloths. Pillows were hard and flat. Fun idea at meeting table area at entrance but dry erase board doesn’t work with chalk to answer question about where you came from. Scrabble board with no letters to play with. Room has poor lighting."

The staff was super professional, friendly and informative from check-in to check-out. The food was hot and tasty. Their Daily Kick-back runs circles around Embassy Suites."

"Had to pay to park in hotel lot? Refrig not cold. No ice bucket bag, asked front desk. No help, said housekeeping was gone for the day. All outlets so warn out they wouldn't hold anything plugged into them. A/C unit had switch for low & high fan. Didn't work, stayed on high no matter what."
