"Nice place, right time of the year. Cabin and hot tub were excellent. The shared pool leaves a little to be desired for young kids. Especially those who may not be confident in the water. I would go back and stay in Lodge 15 Langsdale again. Short trips in the car gave great views of the area and loads to do. "

"We love this site in Windermere and Top Lodge was a pleasure to stay in. The rooms were all clean and the beds were comfortable. Looked for a pet friendly option and this was perfect for us. The weather wasn't great and so we watched alot of TV, the only downside was the signal was poor but hey, nothing major."

"Recommend! Lovely house in a great location in Windermere. Inside feels modern yet classic featuring all the mod cons (except dishwasher). Everything works and is to a high standard. The owners or manager’s left a nice welcome present and folder with print out of all the features, amenities and processes to follow for our stay which we thought was a good touch. "I always check the cleanliness of bedding when staying away from home, and two of the three beds were found to be damaged. The support slats for one single bed were either missing, broken or unsecured, and the frame of another double was broken and a pillow positioned on top of the frame to help support the mattress. The single bed was unsafe and the double is uncomfortable. Sleeping arrangements proved to be inconvenient for our group of four. Shabby throws covered both sofas, which are not...
