"Beds were horrendous, they were caved in the middle so you woke up with back pain in the morning. Bathroom in room smelt bad, and there was a dog pee odor all over the up stairs rooms. Ac was broken before we entered residence and took 2 days to fix. The upstairs AC broke again upstairs and we didnt even bother going upstairs. Service was extremely fast to fix and very helpful. Room was large and had everything you needed. Property is beautiful and water park is a perfect size. For the price that was paid I would not recommend staying here, there are better places for cheaper prices."

"Everything was great. Not pressured at all by staff about timeshare crap. Room was great with updated showers. Pools and hot tub were excellent. Only disappointment was there were no blackout curtains on the window, just blinds. Anyone walking by could easily see in our room even when closed."
