"The property was gorgeous! Beautiful interior and great amenities. We usually don't really use the pools at hotels but the lazy river was a must. The breakfast was also very good! The only downside was the shower. It didn't have a door so water went everywhere and the cold air made it pretty hard to enjoy. Other than that, I would definitely come back!"

"The shower was broken which made it very stressful after a long day traveling. We eventually got it to work but the next day it didn’t work at all and the entire shower handle came off when we tried to make it work. When we called it in, we were not told clear info about when the repair people would come. I asked if I could get a new room because I had just come from the beach and was standing and waiting in sandy clothes. We were denied this request and had to wait for the repairmen. The eventually came and fixed the shower but the handle was still difficult to pull open. Other than that the villas are great, they have cutlery , plates , cups etc for use and dish soap . They had this weird washer dryer combo… but it was more like a steamer … took 3 hrs and my clothes did not feel clean … it still had slight body odor . I hand washed my swimsuit and tried to dry it in there for 2 hrs but it did not dry…. idk .. maybe i was using it wrong but it was not helpful for me"

"The hotel was comfortable but the furniture felt a bit outdated but it's clean. One issue I had was with the washer and dryer—the machine washed properly, but it didn’t dry the clothes well, which was inconvenient. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the pool, it’s beautiful and well-maintained. I mainly chose this hotel for the pool and water park, which were great. However, I was disappointed that there is an additional $25 fee per person to access the water park, and this was not clearly mentioned during the reservation process. Inside the hotel, especially at the front desk area, the atmosphere was excellent. They offer entertainment for kids, including games and a small cinema, which is a big plus for families. The service overall was very good, and I appreciated the complimentary popcorn—they were a nice touch. The restaurant was good, but one downside is that there are no breakfast options available. There is only a Starbucks on-site, and they do not accept cash, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Overall, the hotel has some great amenities, especially for families, but there are a few areas that could be improved, particularly in transparency about extra fees and updating the furniture."

"I would say the rooms need a little updating, but the three bedroom suite was absolutely perfect. The waterpark was a great time. The only thing I would say is, they should add pool towels to all the pools as we went to the pool and there was no towels when we got there. Other than that, I would say this property is worth every penny we paid."
