"The front desk was greatly understaffed when a bus load of seniors arrived to check in. There was only one young man working and he was overwhelmed so the process was painfully slow for those of us waiting to check in after that group. When a manager (?) finally showed up, she started quizzing the young worker instead of jumping in to help. "This property is located to everything food, shopping and beach. The property has a secluded beach area and security gate out front. The Condo itself was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The only thing I would suggest for the owners is to get better pots and pans for people who want to cook for themselves and not eat out, the ones onsite are old and everything we cooked stuck in the pans and were a little bit of a mess. It would have been nice to have extra toilet paper and paper towels on...

"The room was fairly clean. The bathroom floor could’ve been mopped or cleaned a little better. They didn’t have big towels they had medium sized towels and I am a bigger girl so big towels are necessity. The bed was very uncomfortable. The staff was extremely friendly though, which was a plus. "Great place to stay. Stayed for 3 days. Great breakfast for the most part, they restocked as soon as they were out of items. Pool was warm and my son enjoyed it. Housekeeping did a great job stocking the towels and taking the trash. Beds were pretty comfortable as well. The only small complaint was the ac in our room was set to 68 and it felt humid in there for the most part. But all around a good experience."
