"Desk staff was nice, efficient. A housekeeper had just cleaned it, was friendly and offered help if we needed anything. It was too late when we realized we only had one towel for two adults (oh, and the empty shampoo and conditioner bottles were still in the shower). "Could not ge into my room because hotel key lost programming and had to break in from the other guest room. also a/c units from two other rooms that were offered to me did not cool well."

"All the rooms have an outside entrance. People can stand on the walkway and talk to people in the parking lot which can be disturbing for those in nearby rooms. Rooms on the other side face the pool."
