They only accepted cash, but had trouble giving change. I read from many reviews from other hotels that there wasn't enough heating, but this place gave us a space heater. It was needed, but unfortunately it emits a very bright orange light which made sleeping difficult. After running the shower water for more than 5 minutes at 5am, there was still no hot water. Barely even warm. I gave up, and decided to just shower at the next hotel I was going to stay at.

직원 분들이 너무나 친절하셨고 호텔도 따뜻하고 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 조식도 과일, 햄, 빵 등 다양했는데 다만 토스트기가 하나뿐이라 빵 구우려면 오래 기다려야하는게 단점ㅠ 아 그리고 따뜻한 물은 잘 나오는데 콸콸 나오지는 않았어요

Terrible hotel which I do not recommend to anyone. Bathroom conditions were horrible, not even good enough for a 1* hotel. It badly needs to be renovated. Not to mention that there was no hot water. The room was cold and it was very dark, there were several missing light bulbs. The only consolating part was the big bed. Do not go there. Book somewhere else.

The location is the best part, very convenient right on Plaza de Armas. Also nice staff, clean beds and hot shower. The shower was hot but the shower curtain pole was broken and had to be elevated, leaving a gap underneath that soaked the bathroom while having a shower. Also, the shower floor does not have an inclination, so a lot of water stays there between showers and has to dried by hand - not cool! It lacked place to hang clothes and shelves for the toiletries pouch - overall not practical Breakfast was good with bread, fresh fruit, juice, coffee. Scrambled eggs was not warm so we stayed away from it.

Great location, right on Plaza de Armas. Staff was really amazing, they were very accommodating with a request before our arrival and also were very sympathetic with us suffering from the effects of the altitude, bringing us tea and checking in on us for breakfast, etc. Breakfast was really nice, mostly continental style with fresh fruit, bread and coffee/tea - also scrambled eggs but it was cold and we did not touch it. The room was clean, roomy but not ver functional - no hangers, no shelves in the bathroom, the shower was good but the water would never totally drain from a day to the next, leaving a moldy smell - we started to dry the shower floor with the used towels, which helped.

The room was spacious, and a wall heater was handy. The breakfast was good (fresh fruit, juices, breads, cold meats, cheese, scrambled eggs, coffee) and the staff arranged our boat tour and taxi ride to the airport afterwards very expertly. The location was very handily located close to great dinner options, and also close to the walkable central district, but not so close to the port where the boat tours run from.

Hotel indubbiamente interessante per rapporto qualità prezzo situato sulla piazza centrale , camera pulita con un letto alla francese , ahimè , il bagno pulito. La colazione merita una sufficienza ma niente di più. Unico vero appunto che si può fare è la rumorosità mattutina (dalle cinque in poi !!! ) dovuta al personale che prepara la colazione e al movimento dei clienti in partenza. Le camere su due piani in pratica si affacciano sulla reception e la sala da pranzo è al primo piano. Ecco spiegato il motivo del rumore. Ovviamente un po’ più di educazione da parte dei clienti (merce rara) e dai dipendenti nn sarebbe male !!

Hotel is in a great location. We were given a room on the 2nd floor and there is no lift, which is completely understandable but when your at 3800m climbing 2 flights of stairs after you've forgotten something isn't fun. The hotel is cold, but they will provide you with a heater when you ask. The breakfast is underwhelming.

Great location. Excellent service. No hot water the first night and the Luke warm water just dribbled. Plus, the room was above a service area so there was loud talking and dumping of water right below us that echoed up until 10:45 pm. But, they switched our room the next night per request with no hassle. Yay! Hot water and water pressure.

Great stay!

We stayed for just one night before heading off the islands but ended up booking another night when we got back. The staff were super friendly and we both had one of the best nights sleeps since we arrived in Peru. Highly recommended staying here!
