"前日に別の場所に泊まりここは2泊目です。前泊の長所をそれぞれ足せば良かったのですが、歯ブラシが無いのとWi-Fiが非常に繋がりにくい(前泊はOK) 逆に前泊はドライヤー無し、タオル無しとそれぞれ足りないものが違い、残念です"

"Really enjoyed our short stay and visiting this area. Walkable distance from the station and lake. A full Japanese-style breakfast was beautifully presented with some alternatives also on offer - fruit, eggs, bacon etc. We visited in May when the hotel and Suwa generally were very quiet so we were able to enjoy the hotel facilitie - the modern reception area and onsen. Good size room with twin beds. Go for one with a lake view if possible."

Personally I liked Peppermint’s breakfast better than buffet breakfast, because we ate everything that’s served. No waste, so eco-friendly. Another thing we liked was a nearby museum.
