"Bed very comfortable! Only thing that could have gone better was a quicker check in- Had to wait approx 10 mins at the bar to have the bartender tell me i had to wait for a manager to check me in."

"Value for money so can’t complain Ok for quick sleepover Very small room but Nice and quiet around be extra care yourself on winter Not much shops near by Far from Beach side There are two ibis in new castle so traveller gets confuse (must check which one you are booking) Buffet Breakfast is fine and good customer service"

"No doubt the hotel was good , my kids found room to be pretty good but I was surprised to come to know that they were charged for the water bottles .In every hotel , two water bottles per day are complimentary kept along with electric ketttle and tea and coffee stuff but they were charged of the water bottles .This was something the hotel should not have charged for .Rest they enjoyed a lot and had a good experience Thanks "

"Solid choice in the south Newcastle area. Rooms were older but well maintained - sort of classic Route 66 motel era, or in other words, charming. Good television channel selection, plenty of hot water, and biscuits (cookies) included with the tea and coffee items, along with a small carton of milk, which I just love. Easy parking right in front of the room. Next door to a 7-Eleven with a Subway and an Oporto, but I recommend a visit to the attached pub for a full-on Aussie experience."

"Everything was fine except the Bath towels were marked as if not washed properly. They had black streaks in them. Otherwise very clean, well appointed and very comfortable."

"Very family friendly lovley staff very helpful coffee shop at the fount pool area is amazing foe everyone to enjoy rooms are clean and Fresh would strongly recommended anyone in the area to stay here and also the water you can walk along the path and see the swans and the fish my children had a ball this is our second time staying here and don’t have a bad thing to say at all "
