"Great property, but the staff is what made me submit a review. Antonia at the front desk made our two days in Zürich better than we could’ve imagined. She suggested restaurants and things to do and treated us with respect and care. I could tell she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time, and that is incredibly valuable these days."

"Beautiful historic building with the most amazing location and view in Lucerne- right in the heart of old town! We couldn't get enough of the view of Jesuitkirche across the river and the chapel bridge from our private balcony. This was absolutely worth the money and we had a wonderful stay!"

"The room was spacious but unfortunately it was very hot and there was no AC. There was limited ice. It was in a good location. Parking was street parking which was not clear. We were under the impression that there was a garage. We panicked, parked on the street and ran to the hotel. Luckily the hotel staff was able to register us electronically and our car stayed in the street several blocks away. "

"The hotel is at a good location in the old town. Hotel is clean. However, it was noisy due to construction across the street. My bathroom shower/shampoo soap bottle was not filled so I had no soap to use while showering and couldn’t call front desk because it’s past 9 pm. 😣"

Dinner at night on the patio at La Scala and cocktails prior at the rooftop bar were spectacular with a view not to be matched. Excellent service and a beautiful hotel.
