"No staff, self check-in. Bathroom walls needed washing. Only 1 hand towel. Theres a coffee machine on the 3rd floor that we found on our 3rd day (some signage pointing us to it would have saved us a 10 minute walk every mor ing for coffee). Bed was good, location was great."

La habitación cuádruple era muy amplia y con todas las amenidades necesarias, la habitación la tuvieron antes del checkin, la atención del personal es excelente. "

"Good hotel with straight forward self check-in process. Fairly central in Lucerne. Knocking some points off the cleaniness as there was a kettle used by the previous hotel guest that was not clean (i.e. had cloves and tissue still in the kettle). Once this was reported to the hotel management, they quickly replaced the kettle by the time we came back from our day outing."
