"The lock on the door to the balcony was broken and the balcony was dirty and hadn't been swept. The bathroom was tiny with the sink out in the room. The breakfast was mediocre with a sign saying there was sausage but instead was bacon. The cleaning person did not speak English and kept sending us in a wrong direction when we were trying to find our room The only good thing I can say is the trainer at the front desk was very friendly and helpful."

"Be warned during holiday weekends it’s PACKED , the check in line was long and took us an hour just to get to the front desk and then an additional 3 hours before our room was ready. Also you can hear everything even on the top floor so be ready to hear screaming kids running up and down hallways all weekend. "Room was updated and clean Staff was very friendly and accommodating Parking was convenient Only real problem was the guest above me walked back and forth most of the night."

"The property is gorgeous, the rooms are huge, but when I woke up in the morning, my shower wasn’t working , no water at all . The sink was working fine. I went to the lobby, it was 6:30 AM, nobody was there to help me so I figured it out by myself, and I went to the spa and showered there. My bathroom also had a leak coming from upstairs It’s a pity because the property has so much potential, it must have been amazing at its prime."
