"Enjoyed my stay here. It's in a really good area for tourists and restaurants, with the seafront straight down and the Space Needle and easy twenty minutes away on foot. More importantly, it felt very safe. For the first time on a two week trip across six U.S. towns/hotels my room was cleaned without having to request it! And I enjoyed the bar and chatting to staff there. Breakfast was fine but not included and there was no pool, so a slightly lower score there, but otherwise would definitely recommend and come back."

"Good if you’re not gonna be in the room but otherwise, hotel was weak. We got in at around 6:30pm and left for the night for a concert. We came back and all our stuff was moved and our bed was open? We asked staff upon leaving and they stated they don’t offer turn down service so even they weren’t sure why someone was in our room after we left. We booked an accessible room and there was no where to hang our towels near the shower. The toilet flush only had one option that worked. Due to the nature of the accessible shower there was water on the floor after it was used. Incredibly annoying to use an iPad for all the lights and curtains, and super inconvenient that if you want the lights on in the bathroom the lights need to be on in the main room?? Before our concert we were gonna grab a drink in the bar but the attendant was less than attentive. Overall an overpriced hotel with no amenities and a weak ambience. "
