"Breakfast overlooking Lake Como was outstanding. The walk to/from town and train station was not wonderful. The staff, especially Matteo, were amazing. We rented a boat and toured the lake for a few hours. Also went to the Orrido waterfalls. Quiet and quaint little town without the crushing tourists in Verrano and Bellagio."

"The rooms are clean, boring minimal and are like those in a airport hotel with words on the wall neutral colors. It was not the 5 star experience we expected but it was OK. the restaurant under cooked my fish and i was sick for the entire stay. I did mention that the restaurant should be more careful about their on checkout. We were also turned away at noon the day of check in and we were told we couldn't leave our electric car even though the parking lot was empty. so we had to spend more...

"What’s beautiful Hotel, located just across the road from a private area to access the lake. A few nice restaurants close by and around a 15 minute walk to the town with lots of fabulous shops. Pool area is great also with a hydro pool and sauna. We had a garden room in the new part of the hotel which was very light and airy with a patio food out to a small patio with chairs. "Very large, clean room and the parking spot underneath the room was really helpful. We slept so well! The only downside was that there is no public charging point for electric vehicles on the large parking, only private ones for some room types (not ours). Also no public chargers closeby."

"We were so lucky to find this hotel at short notice. Perfectly positioned next to the lake in Como. The hotel has only just opened after extensive refurbishment and it is beautiful. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the service was first class. The roof top bar is beautiful with views across the lake and the old town.
