"Just follow the steps. Make sure you're signed in to the internet so you can use the electronic key and keep your phone charged. I loved it, excellent location. The studio is small but it was perfect for 1-2 people. A need to know - the valet does have in/ out privileges but they're off duty from midnight til 7 a.m. Highly recommended!"

"What is the deal with the hot water in the bathroom? Took forever to get the sink hot water to even a warm temperature. Staff, especially angel at the front desk was a delight! Would return just because of her Customer Service level ! "

"My cousin and I stayed at this fabulous establishment for 2 nights. She remarked many times that EVERYONE associated with the hotel was extremely kind. She was right! All the front desk folks...valet folks...EVERYONE was Lovely We're on first name basis with Jonathan, Knyia,Creanna, Evita, Ellisha,Mr Charles and Ken.John and Sunshine...also Ray ,Moe andCarmen in Mrs P's. Can't say enough about this hotel and restaurant. We have recommended it to our friend who was performing at City Winery....

"My toilet and tub was stopped up and no one ever came to fix it !"

"The room was fine but definitely just a place to sleep, nothing special. The hotel is really close to a lot of restaurants and spots like the aquarium/ Coke museum, etc. The room was never serviced over our three day stay. We also found some dead roaches in our room by the tv."

"Check in was horrible. I booked online and they checked me in 2 minutes later even though I wasn’t even at the property. Night window area had bugs in there. Room was run down. The floor was peeling, had to literally slam my door for it to latch shut correctly. Bedding had cigarette holes in it, horrible lighting, outlet plugs wasn’t working by the bed. Then outside it was people hanging around sitting on the curb and just watching every step I made. "

"Had no clue there was breakfast, check in was confusing because its behind the bar unless you know that you walk around for 10 minutes and ask. The club on the top floor stayed open until about 130/2 am and being put in a room on the 7th floor is extremely loud."
