"Be Pods Lahug charged us for stained sheets that were already stained when we arrived. Extremely unfair. They also turned off the A/C every time we left the room—without telling us—and we didn’t realize for two days that they were also turning off the water heater. No hot water unless you stayed in the room. Poor communication and bad guest experience."

"Property is okay. Great value for what I paid for it. Tis the only 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom hotel on Expedia in Cebu City, but cost less than most 1 bedrooms. Accomdated 4 people including myself, and paid a 1 guest rate for 4 guest. So value is unbeatable. However, communication is horrible. Who ever was left in charge of this unit, doesn't reply immediately. Some of my messages, took a week to get a reply. Check-in was painful. I wasn't informed which tower or what room # was until 3 minutes...
