On the day of our check in, while me and my family is on our way to the property i was informed that someone is using it. To think that we booked the place for 2 nights to spend our christmas eve there. Such a hassle, such a headache and a total inconvinience!"

"The pool area was ok. The breakfast was good. Zaldy at the breakfast buffet was exceptional. Super friendly and efficient with an attention to detail. We were in room 1630 and our housekeeper, Paul was fantastic. Great service, very friendly with a positive attitude. We had Club access and it was very nice but the service was a bit slow. "
