Accoglienza ottima, come tutto il personale: gentili e sorridenti
Camera ( la nostra exclusive ) vista montagna spaziosa e moderna. Alcune pecche: abbiamo prenotato un matrimoniale… ci siamo trovati due letti singoli uniti, è stato fastidioso. Doccia un po’ datata e con segni d’usura. Nota di merito per i cuscini.
Spa ottima. Sauna e bagno turco in particolare. Unica nota negativa la temperatura troppo bassa per la piscina interna....

"Dette er et lite og veldig pent hotell. Det var hetebølge da vi bodde der, men god air condition og gode madrasser, puter mv, gjorde at vi likevel sov godt. Frokosten serveres over gaten p å en cafè. De serverte gode smothies, kaffe, croissant mv. Det er ikke så mye som skjer akkurat rundt hotellet, men det er kort avstand inn til Lovere. Anbefales!"
