"The service from the manager Timothy was excellent. The service from Brooklyn at the restaurant/bar was excellent. I loved her Bloody Mary! She was off one night and I did receive a totally different (and awful) Bloody Mary from another employee. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The room furniture is uncomfortable- that straight backed chair and awful hide-a-bed loveseat. The bed was just ok- not great! The toilets, showers, and our AC was all so loud!! The water temp would scald you...

"The staff was the highlight of the Hotel. They were always there, willing and able to deal with any situation. Staying for 12 days, there is bound to have some situations pop up. Great job staff!"

"The room and bathroom was dirty. They had ashes on the floor, hair in the bed, tub, on the floor. The manager Shawn Johnson wasn’t professional at all. The hotel had all kind of people on drugs living there. It’s just not a safe environment at all. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my dog!"
